A1 Envelope Euro Flap  -  3 5/8” x 5 1/8” (fits RSVP 3.5" x 5" cards)

A1 Envelope Square Flap  -  3 5/8” x 5 1/8” (fits RSVP 3.5" x 5" cards)

A2 Envelope Euro Flap  -  5 3/4" x 4 3/8"   (fits 4.25" x 5.5" cards)

A6 Envelope Euro Flap  -  3 3/4" x 6 1/2"   (fits 4" x 6" cards)

If you do not see your size,  just choose a larger sized template and trim down to fit the size of your envelope.

For 5" x 7" cards - the preferred envelope size is an A7 (5 1/4" x 7 1/4")

Each template is on a single letter size page.  You can easily print at home on an 8.5" x 11" or A4 size paper, or lightweight card stock. The colors on your computer screen may print slightly different on paper. I recommend running a test print before printing on your card stock. Be sure to select the proper printing settings. Print at 100% - do not fit page.

Step 1 Print on 8 ½” x 11” paper and cut out your liner

Step 2 Cut with X-actor and ruler. Then trim curved edge with scissors.

Step 3 Insert liner into envelope aligning top edge of liner to the glue edge on the envelope flap. (You do not want the liner to cover the glue.)

Step 4 Carefully fold the envelope flap down, keeping the liner in place as you fold.

Step 5 Lift the flap up, but keep the liner folded down.

Step 6 Using an adhesive or a tape dispenser to put a strip of adhesive along the top edge of the liner.

Step 7 Make sure the liner is still in the correct position and carefully fold the envelope flap closed, pressing it firmly onto the liner.
